This interactive Bible study course for small groups and individuals, with input from both health professionals and a Christian minister, offers a spiritual perspective on health and fi tness. Through it we are encouraged to gain self-awareness concerning our own personal health and fitness levels and receive basic teaching which can help us to make positive life-enhancing choices which honour God. It will help you to explore ways in which your church can develop a healthy lifestyle programme which may benefit not only believers but also influence the wider community we are called to serve.
