Description

When Francine Ponce's impoverished family sent her to live with her wealthy aunt and uncle in New York City as a young girl, she was hurt and confused. But she soon found comfort in sympathetic Ethan Summers, her aunt and uncle's foster son, and the two forged a strong bond that has lasted through the years. It isn't until Ethan is gone on an overseas missions trip that Francine comes to realize just how deeply she cares for her best friend.
