Is It Unspiritual to Be Depressed?

Did the Fall and the Curse cause depression and anxiety in the world? Firstly, we need to explain what depression and anxiety are. Depression involves a persisting low mood. Depressed people feel an almost constant state of sadness. It does not matter how happy you look to the outside world, if your heart and mind are being torn apart every waking minute, life sometimes seems so bleak.
