God in the Box

Description

On the Day of Pentecost, the disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit and boldly spoke about the Good News of Jesus’ salvation work and resurrection. Thousands of people believed in Jesus and joined the church; they prayed together, loved one another and were ready to suffer for Him. God was out of the box! How about today? Do we have that same passion for Jesus? Do we devote ourselves to knowing Him through prayer and Bible reading? Do we experience the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives? Do we have the courage to share Jesus with others? Or has God been put back in a box, opened only on Sundays or when we have a need? It’s time to let God out of the box once again!
