The concepts of transgender and gender dysphoria have often been misunderstood and maligned within the church. Yet behind the experiences are real people, created and loved by God, who are often wrestling with suffering and their sense of self.

Drawing on biblical reflection and real-life experiences, this vital study explores how Christians can engage compassionately and faithfully with those who identify as transgender or who experience gender dysphoria.
