Young Leaders Journal

Description

This young leader journal is designed to be a flexible resource used in a variety of contexts with young people who are stepping into leadership. It encourages, equips and inspires them as they lead. Whether they’re running a CU, helping with a kids’ church club, leading services, or starting something completely new, we have packed this journal with practical tips to support them on their leadership journey. The journal can be used with a group of young people, or by individuals. 

The journal is split into four sections:

- Training
- On the journey
- Prayer
- Keep growing

In the training section, there’s guidance on sharing their story, developing gifts and teaching the Bible, whilst the on the journey section gives plenty of space to reflect, record their journey and milestones. The prayer section has space to write prayers and answers, as well as Bible passages to inspire prayer. The final section encourages continued growth.  

With encouragement every step of the way, this journal will help young leaders’ grow in confidence and reveal Jesus to those around them.
